GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL HOTELS

a) Early check in, king/twin beds, non-smoking rooms and adjacent rooms are subject to availability.

b) All communications and follow-up regarding reservations, cancellations and amendments should be sent by email to reservations@indecohotels.com in line with the contract.

c) Please allow us 48 hours in order to process your requests whilst every attempt will be made by our team to respond as swiftly as possible.

d) In the unlikely event of the Hotel being unable to honour a confirmed booking, alternate accommodation at comparable standards will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a) The Wholesaler must notify the Hotel by fax, email or written notice, of any cancellation, early departures, or reduction in confirmed room reservations. The receipt of this note should be confirmed by INDeco in writing.

b) Following are the notice periods:

  1. Subject to deduction of administrative charges of Rs.5001-, the entire balance amount received will be refunded on confirmed bookings cancelled 30 (thirty) days prior to the confirmed check-in date.
  2. 50% charges for the whole stay apply for bookings cancelled between 30 (thirty) to 14 (fourteen) days prior to the confirmed check-in date.
  3. 100% charges will be levied on confirmed bookings cancelled less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to check-in. This includes “No shows”.

c) If the Wholesaler fails to give the required notice of cancellation in respect of any confirmed booking, or if such notice fails to arrive within a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled check-in date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the contracted rate for each room cancelled or not utili sed. The late cancellation or no-show fee shall, at the discretion of the Hotel, be deducted from or set-off against the Wholesaler’s pre-payment, or charged directly to the Wholesaler. Disputing the invoice for “No Show” charges shall be construed as a Breach ofthis Agreement.

MEALS

Meals (where applicable as per plan) are to be taken in the All Day Dining Restaurant of the Hotel.

CHILD POLICY

a) Children of registered guests under the age of 5 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals when dining with a paying parent (maximum 2 children) while those between 5 and 12, as well as additional children below 5, will be charged 50% for meals.

b) Children 12 years and above will be charged full meal rates. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurants.

EXTRA BED

A maximum of one extra bed per room will be allowed. Thus, in a room, a maximum of 3 adults (2+ 1 extra bed), or 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years, will be permitted. The extra bed will be charged an additional amount ofINR 975 + taxes. Meals will be extra.

PAYMENT TERMS AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

a) Prepayment or credit card guarantee is essential for confirmation of bookings, failing which we will release the rooms without prior notice.

b) Credit card payments will attract an additional service charge per transaction as specified by the bank.

c) The Hotel accepts voucher payment if you have credit facilities with the Hotel provided 50% of the total invoice is paid at the time of reservation/confirmation. Credit will only be granted for the remaining 50% charges if credit facility has been approved by the Hotel’s credit department in writing.

d) If credit facility exists, all outstanding invoices must be settled within a maximum of 20 (twenty) days after the check-out date. Interest@ 18.75% p.a. will be charged on payments delayed beyond the credit period.

e) It is the responsibility of the Wholesaler to ensure that each guest has a voucher on arrival. Guests without the necessary voucher will be charged at the rate of the day and will be required to settle their charges upon check-out.

f) All payments, irrespective of the property (INDeco-Swamimalai, Lake Forest-Yercaud) they relate to, are to be made either by

  1. Direct credit to our Bank Account No……………… favouring “INDECO DESIGNER HOLIDAYS.” maintained with …….. BANK, Chennai, or by
  2. Demand Draft or Cheques (payable at par at Chennai cheques only will be accepted) drawn in favour of “INDECO LEISURE HOTELS PVT. LTD.”, payable at Chennai.
  3. All payments/communications, unless instructed otherwise in writing by the CEO, should be sent to the following address only.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

a) The rooms reserved shall be made available for occupancy after 12 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 hours.

b) If guests have an early morning arrival we strongly recommend to book the room from the night before in order to guarantee the availability. When permitted, additional 1Night charge will apply.

c) Should a guest wish to retain his/her room beyond our standard check-out time, extension may be granted, subject to availability, till 1800 hrs latest. 1n such cases, 50% of the room charge will be levied extra. Full charges apply for any check-outs later than 1800 hrs.

d) Arrival and departure time are to be advised at the time of booking in order to guarantee the rooms.
